Corporate Sponsorship for SMS Athletics

Thank you for your interest in becoming a corporate sponsor for St. Mary's.  Funds raised through corporate sponsors will be used to allow participation for students who are unable to afford the cost of activity fees and/or equipment necssary in certain sports, for supplementing and replacing equipment due to wear, etc, for maintenance of playing fields and gyms, and for the construction of new facilities that may be approved at a later date based on funding, i.e. additional bleachers, field house with restrooms, etc.  Below are the various levels of giving.

$150 Player Sponsorship

          Sponsor name will posted on the Sponsor Billboard at the entry to the athletic fields.

          Funds will provide support to a player who has financial hardships and cannot pay all or part of fees needed to participate.

$500 Annual Equipment Sponsorship

          Sposnor name will be posted on the Sponsor Billboard and will be listed in the athletic programs for all sports during home games.

          Funds will provide equipment to replenish or add to personal equipment due to growth.  Funds left over will be used to build equipment in all sports based on need.

$1,000 Annual Field Maintenance Sponsorship

          Sponsor name will be posted on the Sponsor Billboard and will be listed in all athletic programs for all sports during home games.

          Sonsor will have a banner displayed on the playing field fence surrounding the soccer field.  (provided out of the funds with graphics provided by sponsor)

          Funds will maintain the athletic fields and basketball/volleyball courts.

$5,000 Annual Field & Structure Improvement Sponsorship

          Sponsor name will be posted on the Sponsor Billboard and will be listed in all athletic programs for all sports during home games.

          Sponsor will have a large banner displayed on the playing field fence surrounding the soccer field. (provided out of the funds with graphics provided by sponsor)

          Sponsor will have an opportunity to have their logo on building when it is built.

          Link will be provided from St. Mary's School website to sponsor site.

          Funds will be used to improve facilities on the athletic fields.  (pending any approval by the Building & Grounds Committee of the church)  Current wish list:  Field House with concessions and restrooms, more bleachers, lights, etc
